In addition to his role as president of Mercadien Asset Management, Ken is president of Mercadien Securities. He’s also a past chairman of the National Investment Banking Association, the preeminent national association of regional investment banking firms.
Ken is regularly called upon by national print and broadcast media to comment on a wide range of financial and investment related topics and trends. He is a regular guest on CNBC, Reuters, Fox Business Channel. Ken is frequently invited to speak at colleges, universities and many investment-related forums on topics related to personal finance and global markets.
Ken was the founder and president of Princeton Securities Corporation, an NASD-licensed broker-dealer, purchased by Kirlin Holding Corporation in March 2000. He earned a BA degree in Finance from Hofstra University.

As executive vice president of Mercadien Asset Management, Reginald “Reg” is active on the investment management committee, and is integral in preparing financial plans for clients. His area of expertise is in helping individuals and small businesses define and achieve their investment goals.
Reg accomplishes this in three ways: first, by assisting business owners in the design and funding of qualified plans in order to maximize tax benefits and provide valuable benefits to employees; next, by designing investment strategies to help individuals accumulate assets for retirement; and third, by working with pre-retirees and retired individuals to design strategies to maximize income, minimize risk, and minimize taxes during retirement.
Prior to joining Mercadien, Reg worked for 18 years as the investment specialist for Berger Financial Group, LLC in Neptune, New Jersey. He worked with advisors to help them develop appropriate asset allocation strategies for their clients and also acted as liaison between the office and New England Securities.
As vice president for Advanced Pension Designs, Inc., a third-party administrator of pension, profit-sharing and 401(k) plans, Reginald worked closely with business owners in the area of employee education for 401(k), SEP and SIMPLE retirement plans. Reg is licensed for Life and Health insurance and holds his NASD Series 24, 7, 63 and 65 licenses. He has been an active member of the Financial Planning Association since 1993 and a member of the American Association of Individual Investors since 1992.
Reg is a Certified Financial Planner, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The College of New Jersey, and is an Eagle Scout. He is married to Diane and resides in Chesterfield, New Jersey.

As vice president of Mercadien Asset Management, Jared works closely with clients in the preparation of financial plans, serves as the firm’s head of research, and is a member of the investment management committee, which develops Mercadien’s investment outlook.
He is a Certified Financial Planner with a broad knowledge of financial matters – including investments, insurance, taxes, and estate and retirement planning – and works with clients to help them better understand, assess, and plan for their financial futures. He also spearheads the firm’s economic and portfolio management research efforts, which are central in the development and monitoring of client investment portfolios.
Jared graduated summa cum laude from The College of New Jersey with a B.S. in accounting. He became a Certified Financial Planner practitioner in 2010, and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. He resides in Robbinsville, New Jersey with his wife, Melissa, and their dogs, Maddie & Murphy.

She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and Series 7 and 66 licenses and enjoys working with clients to help them plan for a more confident financial future.
Prior to joining Mercadien, Emily worked at RBC Wealth Management as a business administration and investment associate in their Minneapolis, New York City and Princeton branches. She worked closely with advisors to develop asset allocation strategies and financial plans.
Emily graduated from Hofstra University with a B.S. in business economics and a minor in journalism and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. She became a Certified Financial Planner in 2020. She resides in Philadelphia.
